Since 2017, forwaerds has been developing, managing and scaling the Camunda Arbeitswelten in Berlin and acts as the corporate real estate department of the growth company. We have successfully supported Camunda in the following areas:
Expansion and workspace management to realise the company's growth strategy
Development and implementation of a holistic, state-of the-art and innovative working environment
Conceptual design and roll-out of a global workplace strategy
Commercial project management for the expansion and adaptation of office space
Scaling of the workspace resources from 70 workstations to 300 workstations
Responsibility for modernisation measures of the real estate portfolio incl. technical facilities and infrastructure
Support in obtaining subsidy funding
External Corporate Real Estate Department of GetYourGuide in Berlin and Zurich from 2015 to 2018.
Selection, contracting, procurement and set-up of new locations in Berlin.

In the period 2015 - 2018, forwaerds managed the real estate expansion for GetYourGuide on a rapid growth course from 130 to 500 employees. Furthermore, forwaerds was responsible for the construction and reconstruction of several company locations.
Establishment of four office locations in Berlin Mitte/ Kreuzberg with 600 workplaces
Development and roll-out of a holistic workspace concept
General workplace development
Procurement of space and conclusion of contracts with landlords and service providers
Technical and architectural project management of the conversion projects and infrastructure adjustments
Further clients
Since 2018, forwaerds has been managing, scaling and designing Tourlane's office worlds and office capacities. In addition to setting up 600 workstations, this also includes handling several office locations in Berlin Mie/Kreuzberg. Furthermore, the space management and the adaptation of the office setup was taken over during the Corona crisis.
